StoryLine Steering Committee
This group is responsible for overseeing StoryLine and its various committees. It functions as the decision-making body and approves committee recommendations made by the subcommittees. Members of this committee include:

Facilitator Training/Storytelling Experience
This group is responsible for designing the storytelling experience inside the story bus, and for developing the facilitator recruitment plan, training module and all materials. This group goes out into the community with the Story Bus to facilitate the conversations that are being recorded. Members include:

Diversity Outreach/Collection of Stories
This group is responsible for developing the story bus travel schedule. They plan how and where stories are collected in the community (neighborhoods, organizations, events, etc.) and what groups we work with to ensure success. This group has also been involved in an outreach effort to gather feedback from the various groups we are trying to reach, especially those with sensitivities that may require special recruitment efforts (Hispanic, lower income neighborhoods, homeless population, etc.). Members include:

Marketing/Distribution of Stories
This group’s responsibility is to develop the plan for the distribution of the stories throughout the community (media outlets, community listening events, etc.). They also develop and execute the plan for the marketing and promotion of the project itself.
